In a mixing jar, combine pomegranate juice and orange liqueur. Shake a little so that both liquids are integrated.
Put the fresh pomegranate on a cutting board, open it in half with a knife, and then break it up. Extract the seeds.
Place a generous tablespoon of pomegranate seeds in the bottom of each glass.
Fill the glasses up to a third of their height with the mixture of pomegranate juice and orange liqueur.
When the cocktail is about to be served, fill the remaining space in the glasses with pink champagne wine. No need to stir. Cheers!

make sure the sparkling wine is very cold.
