Add the chicken broth and tomato paste to a saucepan over medium high heat on the stove. Stir until completely combined.
Place the onion powder, garlic powder, salt to taste and sugar into the saucepan.
Bring the mixture to a low boil, and add in the noodles. Cook at a low boil until the noodles are fully cooked and the liquid has mostly absorbed.
Stir in the Parmesan cheese and serve.
