Pre-heat oven to 350F. Line a loaf pan with parchment.
Whisk together eggs, pumpkin puree, butter, erythritol, and vanilla in a bowl.
Blend almond flour, coconut flour, cinnamon powder, and baking powder in a separate bowl.
Blend the dry ingredients into the wet mixture.
Fold in the chocolate chips
Pour the batter into the prepared pan.
Bake for 30 minutes.
