In a mixing bowl, combine all of the dry ingredients for the muffins.
Whisk together wet ingredients
Stir together dry ingredients with wet ingredients
Pour the muffin batter into a well greased muffin tin, and bake for 20 minutes until cooked through.
Let the muffins cool completely.
Add the baking chips and coconut oil to a microwave safe bowl. Heat at 30 second intervals until well combined and completely melted.
Use the tines of a fork to drizzle the chocolate sauce over the top of the muffins
Use the tines of a fork to drizzle the caramel sauce over the top of the bread.
Sprinkle the chopped peanuts over the top of the muffins to finish.
