In a microwave safe bowl, combine the cheddar, mozzarella and cream cheeses. Heat at 30 second intervals until the cheeses are completely melted and well combined into a dough ball.
Add the almond flour, garlic powder, onion powder and salt to the cheese dough, and knead with your hands until completely combined.
Place the dough into a mixing bowl and add the egg. Beat on high until combined.
Chill the dough in the freezer for 30 minutes.
Preheat the oven to 400 degrees.
Roll the chilled dough out between two pieces of parchment paper until it is about ¼ of a inch thick.
Cut the dough into small squares using a pizza cutter or sharp knife, and poke a hole in the center with the blunt end of a skewer or small straw.
Bake for 8-10 minutes until browned on the bottom and toasted.
Sprinkle with some extra salt if desired before serving.
