How To Make Keto Smores Bars

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.

Ingredients
  

For the cookie bar layers:

  • 2 cup Almond flour
  • ¼ cup Swerve confectioners sugar substitute
  • 1 stick Butter unsalted and melted
  • 1 Egg
  • ½ teaspoon Xanthan gum
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract

For the chocolate layers:

  • 1 cup Lily’s baking chips
  • 2 tablespoon Coconut oil

For the marshmallow layer:

  • ½ cup Heavy whipping cream
  • ⅓ cup Swerve confectioners sugar substitute
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
  • 1 teaspoon Xanthan gum

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
  • Place the ingredients for the cookie layers into a mixing bowl, and beat on high until combined.
  • Press the cookie batter into the bottom of a well greased 9x9 baking dish.
