  • 1/3 cup Chopped Pepperoni
  • ¼ cup Sugar-Free Pizza Sauce

Instructions

  1. Beat together egg and water.
  2. Whisk together the coconut flour and salt in a bowl. Make a well in the center and pour in the egg mixture. Mix and knead into a smooth dough. Cover and leave to rest for about 15 minutes.
  3. Meanwhile, blend all the ingredients for the filling in a bowl.
  4. Roll out the dough into thin sheets and cut into 3” squares.
  5. Put about 2 teaspoons of the filling mixture in the middle of each square.
