How to make keto pizza bombs

In a microwave safe bowl, combine 1 ½ cups of mozzarella cheese and the cream cheese.

Heat at 30 second intervals until completely melted and combined.

Beat an egg into the dough mixture on high until thoroughly mixed.

Ingredients

  • 1 ½ + ⅓ C. Shredded mozzarella cheese divided
  • 2 oz. Cream cheese
  • 1 C. Almond flour
  • 1 Egg
  • ½ tsp. Italian seasoning
  • ½ tsp. Garlic powder
  • 1 tsp. Baking powder
  • ¼ tsp. Xanthan gum
  • 16 Slices of pepperoni
  • 1 Tbsp. Butter melted
  • Parsley flakes and Parmesan cheese for garnish if desired

Instructions
