  • 2 Large eggs
  • ¼ tsp. Baking powder
  • 2 Tbsp. Swerve confectioners sugar substitute
  • 1 tsp. Vanilla extract
  • ½ +¼ tsp. Cinnamon
  • 2 Tbsp. Granulated sugar substitute
  • 2 Tbsp. Melted butter

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the mini waffle maker.
  • In a bowl, whisk together the mozzarella cheese, eggs, baking powder, confectioner sugar substitute, vanilla extract and ¼ tsp of the cinnamon until well combined.
