How to make keto lemon bars

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.

Mix all of the ingredients for the crust in a mixing bowl until thoroughly combined.

Ingredients

For the crust:

  • 1 Β½ C. Almond flour
  • 1 Stick of butter unsalted
  • 1 Tbsp. Olive oil
  • 1 tsp. Vanilla extract
  • β…“ C. Swerve confectioners sugar substitute

For the filling:

  • Juice of 1 large lemon
  • 1 Tbsp. Lemon zest
  • 3 Eggs
  • 1 tsp. Vanilla extract
  • 1 C. Swerve confectioners sugar substitute

Instructions

  2. Mix all of the ingredients for the crust in a mixing bowl until thoroughly combined.
