How to make keto pizza cheese puffs
Preheat oven to 400F. Line a baking sheet with parchment.
Stir together all ingredients in a bowl.
Divide the dough into equal portions and roll out into balls.
Arrange the balls on the prepared baking sheet and bake for 10-12 minutes.

My daughter has an allergy to potassium bitartrate ( cream of tartar in baking powder) so I substituted 1/2 tsp baking powder and 1/4 tsp white vinegar. I also added salt, pepper and onion powder. Then after they came out of the oven I put a little garlic butter on top of them. Even the picky eaters loved them! Thanks for the recipe.

Judy Charlton From Pinterest: Divided into 8 parts, rolled into balls (dough is very sticky), sprinkled with cayenne pepper before baking. Yielded 8 cheese puffs. Note: these were a bit bland even though I added dash of garlic powder and cayenne and could have used just a touch of salt. Additionally, they are more bread like than crispy, almost like light cornbread. I would definitely make again with added spices and experimenting by flattening them before baking longer to see if I can make them crispy. I recommend trying these, they’re good even without changes! UPDATE: after trying several other recipes like this one, I find this is my favorite. They’re good crispy or soft!
