  • ½ c. Almond flour
  • 1 Large egg

For the topping:

  • 1 ½ C. Shredded chicken
  • ¼ C. Buffalo sauce
  • 1 Jalapeno deseeded and finely chopped
  • ¼ C. Finely chopped celery
  • 1 C. Shredded cheddar jack cheese
  • ¼ C. Chopped green onions for garnish

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 425 degrees.
