Ingredients
  

For the Crust:

  • 1 cup Almond Flour
  • 2 tsp Baking Powder
  • ¼ cup Brown Erythritol
  • 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
  • ¼ cup Cocoa Powder
  • 2 Eggs
  • ¼ cup Butter softened
  • 2 tbsp Almond Milk

for the Topping:

  • 3 oz Cream Cheese softened
  • 2 tbsp Cocoa Powder unsweetened
  • 3 tbsp Powdered Erythritol
  • ½ tsp Vanilla Extract

Optional Drizzle:

  • 1/3 cup sugar free white chocolate chips
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 350F.
  • Cream butter and erythritol in a bowl.
  • Stir in the eggs and vanilla extract.
  • Mix the flour, baking powder, and cocoa powder together
  • Add wet ingredients to dry ingredients
  • Gradually stir in the milk.
  • Pour the mixture into a 9” pie pan and bake for 10-12 minutes.
  • Meanwhile, whisk together all ingredients for the topping.
  • Take the crust out of the oven and leave to cool.
  • Once completely cool, spread prepared topping on top.
  • Optional to melt white chocolate chips & vanilla in microwave and drizzle over top
  • Slice and serve.
