  • 2 C. Shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 2 oz. Cream cheese
  • 1 ¼ C. Almond flour
  • ¼ tsp. Xanthan gum
  • 1 tsp. Baking powder
  • 1 Large egg
  • ¼ tsp. Onion powder
  • ¼ tsp. Garlic powder

For the toppings:

  • ⅓ C. Salsa
  • 3 oz. Cream cheese softened
  • 1 C. Shredded taco blend cheese
  • ⅓ C. Chopped bacon pieces
  • 1 Large jalapeno deseeded and finely chopped
  • ¼ C. Green onions chopped.

Instructions
 

  • Place the mozzarella cheese and 2 oz. cream cheese into a bowl that is microwave safe. Heat for 30 seconds at a time until completely melted and well combined.
  • Add the cheese mixture to a mixing bowl with the remaining crust ingredients, and blend until well combined.
  • Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
