  • ½ tsp Baking Powder
  • For the Cinnamon Butter
  • 2 tbsp Soft Butter
  • 1 tbsp Brown Erythritol
  • ½ tsp Cinnamon Powder
  • For the Coating
  • 1 Egg
  • 1 tbsp Heavy Cream
  • ¼ tsp Cinnamon Powder
  • ½ tsp Vanilla Extract
  • For the Icing
  • 2 tbsp Powdered Erythritol
  • 2 tsp Heavy Cream

Instructions
 

  • Blend together all ingredients for the cinnamon butter. Set aside.
  • Whisk all ingredients for the bread in a bowl.
  • Transfer to microwave-safe dish & cook in the microwave for 90 seconds.
