Preheat oven to 350 degrees and line a sheet pan with parchment paper.

Combine all ingredients in a bowl until mixed well.

  • 1 Egg
  • 1 tablespoon Swerve granular sugar (you could also use the brown sugar Swerve)

For The Ice Cream

  • ½ cup Swerve powdered sugar
  • ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
