Preheat the oven to 350 degrees, and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Add the 3 oz. cream cheese and 2 C. Mozzarella cheese to a bowl that is microwave safe. Heat for 30 second intervals until combined and smooth.
Place the cheese dough into a mixing bowl with the remaining ingredients, and beat until well combined.
Wet your hands slightly, and form the dough into 9 evenly sized balls.
Flatten the balls of dough with your hands to form the shape of rolls.
Place the dough onto the baking sheet.
Bake for 25 minutes.
Let cool before serving.
