In a mixing bowl, combine all of the ingredients for the meatloaves. Knead with your hands until well combined.
Press the mixture evenly into 4 mini loaf pans that are well greased, or form the mixture into 4 mini loaf shapes on a well greased baking dish.
Bake for 25 minutes, or until cooked through.
While the meatloaves are baking, melt the butter in a saucepan over medium heat.
Add the garlic for the sauce to the saucepan, and saute for 30 minutes.
Pour the heavy whipping cream into the saucepan, and simmer until thickened.
Stir in the Β½ tsp Italian seasoning, β cup parmesan cheese and salt and pepper to taste.
Spoon the sauce over the mini meatloaves and serve.
