Knead together all of the ingredients for the meatballs, with the exception of the oil.
Form the mixture into evenly sized meatballs.
Heat a thin layer of oil in a skillet over medium high heat on the stove.
Add the meatballs to the heated oil, and fry evenly on all sides until browned and cooked through.
Remove the meatballs, and drain on a paper towel lined plate.
In a bowl, combine the ingredients for the sauce.
Reserve some of the sauce for dipping.
Brush the remaining sauce over the meatballs before serving.
