12oz.Whole mushrooms cleaned and the stems on or off
2Large eggs beaten
2Tbsp.Heavy whipping cream
β C.Almond flour
1 ΒΌC.Pork rind crumbs
1tsp.Italian seasoning
Β½tsp.Garlic powder
ΒΌC.Parmesan cheese
Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
Preheat the air fryer to 400 degrees.
Add the almond flour & pork rinds to one shallow bowl, and the eggs and heavy whipping cream to another. Whisk the eggs and heavy whipping cream together well.
Place the parmesan cheese, Italian seasoning, garlic powder and salt and pepper to taste into another shallow bowl, and stir to combine.
Roll the mushrooms in the almond flour, dip into the egg mixture, and then coat in the pork rind crumb mixture.
Place on a well greased pan, and air fry for 8-10 minutes, or until crispy and browned.
