Add the other ingredients with the exception of the lime slices, chopped peanuts and green onions into the mixing bowl. Mix together well to combine.
Marinate the chicken for 4 hours or more.
Place on a rack on a parchment lined baking sheet, and bake for 35 minutes.
Garnish with green onions, lime slices and chopped peanuts before serving if desired.
