Add the hot water and stir until the water and jello is completely combined.
Set aside to allow to cool slightly before adding the remaining ingredients.
Add the cherry liquor, cherry schnapp, and sweet & sour mix with the jello mixture.
Stir to combine.
Fill the shot cups almost to the rim.
Place in the refrigerator for 4 hours or until the jello is set.
Keep in the refrigerator until ready to serve.
