Add the cream cheese, vanilla extract, banana extract and sugar substitute to a mixing bowl, and blend until smooth.
Place the vanilla wafer crumbs into a shallow bowl.
Wet your hands slightly with water, and roll the cream cheese mixture into 10 evenly sized balls.
Roll the balls in the crumb mixture, and then place on a parchment lined plate.
Chill for several hours before serving.
