Add all of the ingredients with the exception of the oil to a mixing bowl, and knead with your hands until completely combined.
Form the mixture into 12 evenly sized balls.
Heat a thin layer of oil in the bottom of a skillet over medium high heat on the stove.
Add the crab cake balls to the heated oil, and saute on all sides until evenly browned and crispy.
Remove, and allow to drain on a paper towel lined plate before serving.
