Add all of the ingredients except for the pepperoni to a mixing bowl, and whisk together well.
Place ¼ of the mixture into the waffle maker, and top with 4 slices of pepperoni.
Cook for 3-5 minutes until done to your liking.
Repeat steps 3 and 4 until you have made 4 chaffles.
Slice the chaffles into sticks and serve with marinara on the side.
