In a mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken, ranch seasoning, cream cheese, green onions and bacon crumbles. Stir to combine well.
Spread the cheese out in 8 circles on a parchment lined baking sheet. Leave an inch or so of space between each circle of cheese to allow for spreading.
Bake for 6-8 minutes until the cheese takes on a lacelike appearance and the edges have browned a bit.
Remove the baking sheet from the oven and let cool for several minutes.
Place a layer of the filling mixture down the center of each circle of cheese.
When still hot, but cool enough to touch, carefully roll the cheese up over the filling to form a taquito shape.
