Place the mozzarella and cream cheese in a microwave safe bowl, and heat at 30 second intervals until the cheese is completely melted and well blended.
Add the almond flour, baking powder, baking soda and garlic powder in a bowl with the cheese mixture, and knead with your hands until well blended.
Put the dough and an egg in a mixer, and blend until completely combined.
Place the dough into the freezer to chill for 30 minutes.
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
Separate the dough into 6 even pieces. Form the dough pieces into flat oval shapes, and bake for 10-15 minutes until browned and cooked through.
Brush the melted butter over top of the naan bread, and sprinkle with chopped parsley.
