Dip rim of cocktail glass in melted chocolate, followed by crushed peppermints. Place in refrigerator for 5 minutes.
While glass is in fridge, fill tall glass with almond milk, rum, cream of coconut, lime juice and agave. Whisk until smooth.
Remove cocktail glass from fridge and fill Β½ of the way up with ice, mint leaves, and fresh cranberries (be sure there are cranberries beneath ice layers, as they will just rise to top if not suppressed by ice).
Pour mixture over ice, filling ΒΎ of the way up. Top off with club soda, and garnish with fresh cranberries, mint leaves, and crushed peppermints.
