Blend all ingredients for the icing in a bowl. Set aside.
Whisk all ingredients for the bread
Cook in the microwave for 90 seconds in a microwave-safe dish.
Allow bread to cool then unmold and cut into sticks.
Whisk all ingredients for the coating.
Dip both sides of the bread in the mixture.
Pan-fry in butter for 2-3 minutes per side.
Drizzle icing on top to serve.
