Combine the ingredients for the crust in a mixing bowl, and blend until combined well.
Press the crust mixture evenly into the bottom of four small 4oz jam jars.
Place the ingredients for the cheesecake layer into a mixing bowl, and beat on high until smooth and creamy. Transfer to a bowl, and set aside.
In the mixing bowl, beat the ingredients for the whipped topping layer until soft peaks form.
Put a layer of whipped topping into each jar on top of the crust. Top with a layer of the cheesecake mixture and then finish with an additional layer of whipped topping.
Sprinkle each jar with chopped walnuts to finish before serving.
