Combine heavy cream, cheddar cheese, Parmesan cheese, and cream cheese in a large mug and microwave for 1 minute. Stir and microwave for an additional 30 seconds, then stir again.
Add herbs and spices to the mixture and stir.
Toss linguine in the sauce and microwave for 40 seconds.
Salt and pepper to taste and garnish with fresh parsley.
