In a mixing bowl, combine all of the ingredients for the bread. Blend on high until smooth and creamy.
Pour the bread batter into a well greased loaf pan, and bake for 35-40 minutes until cooked through.
Let the bread cool completely.
Add the baking chips and coconut oil to a microwave safe bowl. Heat at 30 second intervals until well combined and completely melted.
Use the tines of a fork to drizzle the chocolate sauce over the top of the bread.

Sprinkle the chopped peanuts over the top of the bread to finish.
Slice into 10 equal pieces and serve.
