Add the mozzarella cheese and 1 oz cream cheese into a microwave safe bowl. Heat at 30 second intervals until completely melted and well combined.
Add the cheese mixture to a mixing bowl.
Place the rest of the ingredients for the chaffle into the mixing bowl with the cheese mixture, and blend on high until well combined.
Put â…“ of the chaffle mixture into the heated waffle maker, and cook for 3-4 minutes until done to your liking.
Repeat step 5 with the remaining â…” of the chaffle mixture until you have made 3 chaffles.
Add the ingredients for the filling to a mixing bowl, and blend on high until smooth and creamy.
Place a chaffle down on a plate, and add ½ of the filling mixture to the top of it.
Put another chaffle on top of the filling you place on the first, and create another layer of filling on top of it.
Place the final chaffle on top, and serve.
You can add additional toppings such as sugar free whipped cream or Lily’s baking chips if desired.
Notes
**If you wish to break the chaffles up into easier serving sizes, add â…“ of the filling mixture to the top of each chaffle and serve. This will give you 3 individual servings that do not have to be divided.Â
