In a microwave safe bowl, add 2 cups of the mozzarella and the cream cheese. Heat at 30 second intervals until the cheeses are melted and combined into a dough.
Add the cheese dough to a mixing bowl, and combine them with the almond flour, baking powder, Italian seasoning, garlic powder and parmesan cheese. Knead with your hands to combine them completely.
Place the egg in the bowl with the dough, and beat on high until well incorporated.
Place the dough onto a small baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Press the dough into the shape of the baking sheet in a flat layer.
Bake the dough for 10-15 minutes until it has browned slightly and is cooked through.
Add the sauce to the top of the prebaked crust, then the remaining mozzarella cheese and the toppings. Bake for another 5-10 minutes before serving.
