In a glass, add almond milk, caramel syrup, cacao powder, and vanilla. Pour into blender and pulse until cacao powder is dissolved and mixture is frothy.
In a small bowl, add 2Β½ tbsp chocolate chips and microwave for 15 seconds. Stir until chocolate chips are melted.
Crushed the remaining chocolate chips into small bits and set aside.
Pour melted chocolate into a piping bag and pipe swirls on the inside of a mason jar glass.
Fill mason jar with ice, followed by cold brew and cacao powder mixture.
Top with whipped heavy cream, sprinkle with chopped chocolate chips, and serve with a straw.
