HOW TO MAKE KETO SHEET PAN BLUEBERRY PANCAKES
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Add all of the ingredients
except the blueberries
to a mixing bowl
and beat on high until smooth and creamy.
Fold in the blueberries to the batter.
Place the batter in an even layer on a small 9×13 baking sheet.
Bake in preheated oven
Serve with your favorite keto-friendly syrup if desired.
You can switch out the blueberries for raspberries, strawberries, blackberries or even keto friendly chocolate chips.
