HOW TO MAKE KETO PEPPERONI PIZZA LASAGNA ROLL UPS
In a mixing bowl, combine the ricotta cheese and mozzarella cheese,
Italian seasoning, garlic powder and Parmesan cheese. Stir the mixture until it is well combined.
Lay a palmini noodle flat, and place 3 pepperoni slices down the center of it.
Top the pepperoni with a bit of the ricotta mixture, and roll the palmini noodle up lengthwise.
Place the roll up in a 9×9 baking dish, and repeat the process with the remaining noodles and filling.
Top the roll ups with the pizza sauce and the other ½ cup of shredded mozzarella cheese.
Bake for 20-25 minutes.
