HOW TO MAKE KETO CHAFFLE PHILLY CHEESESTEAK SANDWICH
Add the mozzarella cheese and eggs to a large mixing bowl, and whisk well to combine. Stir in the garlic powder.
Place ⅛ of the mixture into the waffle maker and cook until done to your liking. Remove, and repeat this step seven more times with the remaining batter.
Add the cheesesteak meat to a skillet over medium high heat. Saute until browned completely. Remove and set aside.
Saute the onions and peppers in the same skillet until softened.
Return the meat to the skillet with the vegetables, stir in the worcestershire sauce and add salt and pepper to taste.
Top the chaffles with a serving of meat mixture, your choice of cheese and top with an additional chaffle to form a sandwich. Garnish with freshly chopped parsley if desired.
