Dip the shrimp into the beaten egg
and then coat in the pork rind crumb mixture. Place onto a well greased baking rack over a baking sheet. Bake the shrimp for 8-10 minutes.
Combine the ingredients
for the sauce
and drizzle it over the cooked shrimp.
