Keto Zucchini Fries - Low Carb Recipe

Cut the zucchini into slices approximately 8-10 cm long, 1 cm thick. Sprinkle with salt

Mix Parmesan with almond add oregano, pinch of salt, and mix well.

Lay baking parchment on a baking tray and spray with avocado oil.

Take a slice of zucchini, first dip in the egg, then in a mixture of cheese and almond and put on a baking sheet.

Repeat with all the slices of zucchini.



Put the zucchini in a preheated oven to 220 degrees, cook 25-30 minutes.

Serve the crispy zucchini hot with ketchup.

  • 2 tbsp grated Parmesan
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 slightly beaten egg
  • 1 tbsp dried oregano
  • 2 tbsp avocado oil

Instructions
