How to Make Keto Pizza Chaffle Sticks
Preheat your mini waffle maker.
Add all of the ingredients except for the pepperoni to a mixing bowl, and whisk together well.
Place ¼ of the mixture into the waffle maker,
and top with 4 slices of pepperoni.
Cook for 3-5 minutes until done to your liking.
Repeat steps 3 and 4 until you have made 4 chaffles.
Slice the chaffles into sticks and serve with marinara on the side.

- ½ C. Shredded mozzarella cheese
- 2 Large eggs
- ½ tsp. Baking powder
- ¼ tsp. Garlic powder
- ¼ tsp. Italian seasoning
- Pinch of salt
- 16 Slices of pepperoni
- Marinara for dipping optional
