Add all of the ingredients except for the pepperoni to a mixing bowl, and whisk together well.

  • ½ C. Shredded cheddar cheese
  • ½ C. Shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 2 Large eggs
  • ½ tsp. Baking powder
  • ¼ tsp. Garlic powder
  • ¼ tsp. Italian seasoning
  • Pinch of salt
  • 16 Slices of pepperoni
  • Marinara for dipping optional

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your mini waffle maker.
  • Add all of the ingredients except for the pepperoni to a mixing bowl, and whisk together well.
  • Place ¼ of the mixture into the waffle maker, and top with 4 slices of pepperoni.
  • Cook for 3-5 minutes until done to your liking.
