How to Make Keto Popcorn Shrimp
Heat an inch or so of oil in a large skillet over medium high heat.
In a mixing bowl, combine the almond flour, sparkling water, eggs, Old Bay seasoning, paprika and garlic powder.
Whisk to combine.
Add the shrimp to the batter, and toss to coat well.
Fry the shrimp in an even layer in the skillet, you may have to cool the shrimp in batches.
Fry until golden brown on both sides.
Remove, and drain on a paper towel lined plate before serving.

- ⅓ C. Sparkling water
- 2 Large eggs
- ¼ tsp. Old Bay seasoning
- ¼ tsp. Garlic powder
