Add the pork rind crumbs
and all the seasonings to a mixing bowl,
and combine well.
Brush the pork chops with the olive oil.

- 1 ½ C. Pork rind crumbs
- 2 tsp. Paprika
- 1 tsp. Celery salt
- 1 tsp. Salt
- ½ tsp. Pepper
- ½ tsp. Garlic powder
- ¼ tsp. Onion powder
- ¼ tsp. Basil
- ⅛ tsp. Oregano
