  • 1 lb. Ground beef
  • 1 C. Cooked cauliflower rice
  • ½ Onion chopped
  • 1 tsp. Italian seasoning
  • 1 tsp. Minced garlic
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • ½ C. Mozzarella cheese shredded
