  • 2 tsp. Baking powder
  • 1 C. Almond flour
  • ½ tsp. Xanthan gum
  • 2 Tbsp. Sour cream
  • 4 Tbsp. Butter melted
  • 2 Tbsp. Water

For the glaze:

  • 4 Tbsp. Natural peanut butter
  • 3 Tbsp. Heavy whipping cream
  • 2 Tbsp. Butter softened
  • 2 Tbsp. Swerve confectioners sugar substitute

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.

  • Bake for 10 minutes, and allow to cool to room temperature.

  • Dip the donut holes in the glaze, and return to the parchment lined baking sheet to set before serving.
