Combine heavy cream, cheddar, cream cheese, and nutmeg in a non-stick pan.
Set over low heat until cheeses are fully melted.
Toss in cauliflower.
Divide the mixture into a muffin pan
and bake for 25 minutes at 350F.

- 4 oz Cheddar Cheese, shredded
- 2 oz Cream Cheese
- pinch of Nutmeg
