  • ⅓ cup Cream Cheese
  • 1 ½ tbsp. Instant Coffee
  • 1 tbsp. Stevia Confectioners

Instructions

  1. Mix cream cheese, almond flour, instant coffee and Stevia until well combined – you may need to add a bit more or less almond flour, depending on the texture of your product, I used processed almond flour. You should get a soft texture that is easy to form in balls.
  2. Form the balls with your hands.
  3. Sprinkle with a bit extra instant coffee.
